Thank you to everyone that attended the Parents Association AGM on Wednesday night in Kilkishen Cultural Centre. It was decided at this meeting to implement a class representative system going forward where one parent from each class level will be selected and form part of the Parents Association Committee. In the coming days a letter will be sent out to parents explaining the process of selecting a committee and how to cast your vote.
For anyone that was unable to attend the AGM, a comprehensive summary of the structure proposed is described in the book Working Effectively as a Parents Association- Achieving Best Practice.
