Teams in the Cup and Shield finals held on Wednesday could not be separated after extra time with both matches ending level. Two fantastic games with nothing to separate the teams were enjoyed by all. Presentations to all involved included Sportmanship awards to Colin Greaves and Evan Casey with Eoin Shanahan winning the Player of the Tournament honour. Well done to all that took part over the last four weeks.

Both the class and I would like to wish all parents a happy and safe Christmas. Applications for enrolment for new entrants in September 2022 are now open. "Away With The Manger" tells a story of two jewel thieves that hide their stolen goods in the local primary school whilst they are preparing to put on their Christmas Nativity. A French detective, Inspector Clueno, is on the case to help return the missing jewels and identify the culprits. We hope you enjoy!

The students of 2nd and 3rd class had some interactive visitors today via Microsoft teams. Mark O'Malley or Lucy's Dad as he is called in our room and Caroline O'Callaghan from Zimmer informed us about what the class can expect to learn over the next few interactive sessions. The students will learn all about city planning and the importance of zoning and proper procedures. We are very grateful to Mark who will be leading the online lessons which will begin on Friday.
